Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to Italy and to the European Union countries listed at checkout: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain and Sweden. All destinations are within the European Union: no customs duties or customs fees.

Shipping costs
Italy: free shipping.
European Union: €15.00 per order.
Items whose package exceeds 1.20 m (4-step ladders, MAX PLUS ladders, STARLUX, WINGS LUX, ULTRA and TOWER 3 clothes airers, MONDO and ADA ironing boards): €35.00 oversize surcharge for each such package, for shipments to the European Union only (no surcharge in Italy). The cost is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Carriers and delivery times
All orders are shipped by express service. Estimated times from dispatch:
Italy: Poste Italiane express, 24–48 working hours.
European Union: FedEx express, 3–7 working days.
Times are indicative and may vary due to public holidays, exceptional events or causes beyond our control.

Tracking
For every shipment you receive the tracking number by email, so you can follow the delivery on the carrier's website.

Damage or failed delivery
Check the parcel on delivery. If the goods are damaged in transit or the delivery fails, write to us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, at info@hytama.com: we handle the claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a refund.

Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel your order until it has been shipped, from your account or by writing to us. After shipment, the right of withdrawal described in the Return and refund policy applies.
